(12 Posts)Hello!
So I DTD valentines night 😏 I had light bleeding 15th and 16th accompanied by a headache
Not sure if bleed was from sex or possible ovulation bleed or something else
Anyway as far as my flo app calculated I ovulated on the 17th Feb
I feel that I ovulated a day or 2 prior due to the headache I always get around ovulation
Anyway fast forward to Saturday just gone I felt really acidic all day. Sunday I woke up to a small amount of brown discharge when I wiped, this stopped and I had some more later on in the day, 1 or 2 occasions yesterday and some today
I will post a picture of todays
Other symptoms include like a pins and needles type sensation in tummy, more frequent bowel movements, cramps and back ache, fatigue and feeling acidic
I did do 2 tesco cheap tests on Sunday and got 2 very very faint lines and used other tests the past few days and all negative. It is still very early so I know a positive isn't likely for another few days. Anybody experienced IB and can let me know if what I'm experiencing looks similar and also when would be a good time to test
Thank you x
Implantation bleeding can be different for everyone. For me, I only had a tiny bit of pink when wiping. I thought it was the start of my regular flow but it never came. 2 days later I got a positive test
Thank you @hannah295.
It won't let me post a picture anyway
So should I test around 2 days after the bleeding has stopped? Xx
Yes definitely test again as sounds promising. It usually takes 48hrs for the hcg to double so I would say 2 days after implantation as a minimum. Remember you're not out until AF shows xx
My first pregnancy I mistook my IB for a light AF but that was lightish pink-brown, second pregnancy I had one speck of red blood the day after AF was due and didn’t get my bfp until 2 days after. Third pregnancy I had ewcm with a streak of blood and if I am to get my bfp this month I had one wipe of red blood at 6dpo then it went again so it’s very true each woman and pregnancy is different. It may be an idea to wait until the end of next week to test again (I know I get impatient too it’s easier said than done lol)
@MM333 thank you! Yeah I understand its not 1 size fits all, I think if AF comes I'll speak to my GP because it's not the norm for me to spot in between periods
I have been quite symptomatic but that could be from ovulation! X
@lelrx I'm the same, had pink when I wiped last night, nothing today and then pink tonight again. I'm 11dpo and already tested neg, perhaps not implanted yet? Would be very early AF for me if she showed up tomorrow on cd24, I'm normally between 30-40!x
@small1607 I'm literally getting abit of brown when I wipe now, haven't had many other symptoms today bar abit of cramping and a headache, will do another test in the morning and see how I get on, will update you however I'll only probably be around 8dpo so still reasonably early, if its not IB I'm not really sure what's going on xx
I didn’t have any IB with my first but I’m now 8 weeks with my second and I believe I had some this time, only the once though. Early hours at either 8 or 9dpo I had wiped and the tissue had a little pink tinge to it, tbh nobody else probably would’ve noticed but I inspect the tissue every time 😂 thought AF was going to come early as my luteal phase is only short but i never got anything else after that one time. Got a faint positive at 11dpo. Good luck!
@lelrx I think I'm out. It's just became a bit heavier and the cramps a bit more intense so guessing AF has appeared. So confused as to why on CD24 though 🙈
Ah no, sorry! Are you usually quite regular @small1607? Xx
@lelrx normally have long 34-40 day cycles and the occasional 68! Never had one this short x
