12dpo, lots of symptoms bfn anyone else the same?

Hi I am trying for my 3rd. My daughters are now 3 and 4, I do not remember any symptoms or anythin before r bfps. I am currently 12dpo. Very tender breasts, my nipples are not sore but they are very puffy and sometimes look darker than normal. I have not had much cm since ovulation day and every now and again when I wipe or check my cp (changing between medium and high) i get creamy cm slightly yellow in colour. I have been feeling very nauseous on and off for a few days now. Has anyone gotten their bfp after 12dpo and if so what were your symptoms sad
