Which BBT reading should I use

The night before last I had a dreadful nights sleep (I don't think I slept for a single hour without waking up)!

I took my temperature at 06:00 it it was 36.08, I took it immediately after (not sure why, I was tired and grumpy lol) and it was 36.22. That was odd so I took it again and it was 36.10.

By this point I was still laying flat, very sleepy but with one eye open to read the temps 😂 frustrated to put the thermometer under my tongue on the other side of my mouth and I got 36.13 then 36.14!

Which do I use? Or should I discount them all due to a dodgy nights sleep?

I wouldn't mind but the difference between 36.08 and 36.13 could mean that I ovulated one day earlier or later 🤔

Thanks!

Hi there, I would discard all the temps. BBT is only accurate on a solid 4 hour sleep I believe. You could just note the average temp in your notes incase you need to refer back to it later?
