Couldn't find a post so, how often do you have sex???

I'd also be interested to know if you plan it or just be spontaneous etc

Yes, I track OPKs, BBT and my Cervix/CM, so I know when ovulation is approach/has happened.

I try to have sex every other day over my fertile period increasing to every day over ovulation.

We dtd every other night but during fertile week I like to do it everyday and a couple times a day. I know when I ovulate as I use OPK.

We have sex pretty much everyday once or twice when we see each other, but he works 4 on 4 off so it's not actually everyday. We both have high sex drives though.

Every other day from when AF finishes to when it starts again if we're TTC. No tracking. For us, it felt like a nice balance between having almost the highest % chance of conceiving without the stress of planning anything. We conceived DS in the second month of me coming off the pill.

We try and have sex 2-3 times a week throughout my cycle as i was told by my GP we dont plan it, although we are trying to get pregnant we just let it happen naturally. But in saying that i do take opks and will always tell my OH if iv got a peak so that he is aware, i dont like to put pressure on him about it.

We DTD every 2-3 days throughout and then every day in the lead up to and during ovulation. Fell pregnant first full month of TTC x

The months we got a BFP we only had sex around ovulation I.e 2 days before, day before and day off ovulation. Yes we tracked ovulation. We found this way less stressful and exhausting. Of course we had sex other times of the month if we wanted too but we didn’t force it thinking we needed too except for those 3 days around ovulation. We caught every time. Unfortunately MC 3 times but pregnancy 4 is going really well and now 16 weeks

The months we had sex every single day or every two days we were stressed and tired trying to fit that all in with full time work and I noticed I wasn’t enjoying it as much and also those months I never got a BFP. So I dunno if there is a link between ur body being tense and stressed and not convincing as well compared to being relaxed and getting enjoyment lol ttc is hard lol

We're dtd every other day on average, (sometimes everyday occasionally every 3 days) but that's because since having my implant out my sex drive has gone through the roof 🙈 I'm trying to track using OPK's but also waiting for my first AF since having implant out in August
