(4 Posts)I was taking seven seas pre-conception and had to stop as I was getting really itchy (no rash etc) and it shortened my cycle from starting properly at 28 days to spotting from 23 days.

I was getting bad headaches everyday when I took pregnacare and I googled and saw some others suffered the same side effect. I've now switched to a different brand and no more headaches so it is possible it's connected to this.
What brand did you switch to?

Hi ladies
Its been about 10 days since i started taking pregnacare conception ,(his her pack) and i have been feeling very itchy (no rash or anything) . Havent changed anything apart from starting these vitamins. Anyone else faced similar thing?
