Implantation BBT dip

Hi all, new to this. First month TTC and also first month of taking BBT. I am 6 DPO today and this morning my BBT took quite a large dip - from 36.8 yesterday morning to 36.5 this morning. I know there's mixed views on BBT dipping for implantation, but does anyone have any info? Or positive stories? Or not... feeling a little Crampy today, but don't know if it's just in my crazy head 😂😂 thank you all xxx

I had this but AF arrived today so I don’t think it means much!

@RLou3 it can be a slight decrease in progesterone. The cycle I got my bfp I had no dip at all.

Hi @RLou3 : how did it go for you? I am in the same boat of ttc and I saw a dip today at 10dpo

@Maddie020 hey - so it’s just remained low since the dip! So annoying! For implantation dip - it’s supposed to dip for 1 day and then back up again!! Good luck and let me know how you get on xxx

I had a big dip at 6dpo and AF arrived 2 days ago. I read it could be due to a second oestrogen surge.

Hi thought I'd chance my arm that people might still be able to help on this thread. 1st month charting bbt. Is it normal to have a spike in temp 7dpo then a dip 8dpo? Could this be implantation, I did have left pelvic pain yesterday today I feel a bit sick but not thinking too much into it as I ate later than normal lol. I have attached my chart. I would appreciate all help and advice :)
