Yes, I get this some months, not every time. It’s always worst on the right side. That’s true for a lot of women

I get pains more severe than my period, for anywhere between 3 days and two weeks (when period starts). I called my GP who does not think that is quite usual though!

On a side-note: my ovulation tests usually show low-high-peak-high-low (with pain starting day after peak). Which of those last three days do you reckon I am actually ovulating? Trying to work out when to DTD because every day all week on top of work is a bit much!

@starryeyedx Oh dear!! I hope you are OK?

Ref you question: On a side-note: my ovulation tests usually show low-high-peak-high-low (with pain starting day after peak). Which of those last three days do you reckon I am actually ovulating?

I would say that you will ovulate in the 12-48 hours after your peak OPK, so as soon as you get your peak start DTD (and ideally before if you are good at predicting it).

I get pain mostly to the right when ovulating but also for a few days later I have tenderness when I press on my very lower abdomen, can this be linked with ovulation??
