Well ladies I called the Dr today and was very surprised to get a call back this afternoon as they're so busy. I had the MOST wonderful Dr call me and she was so so lovely that I basically burst into tears about 2 minutes into the conversation wooooppsss. I kinda knew it would happen as I'm a v emotional person at the best of the times, but especially about this. Anyway. I explained the sitch and she was so understanding, said it was very normal but acknlowedged that wouldn't help me feel much better as when you're keen to get pregnant you just want it to happen ASAP which I really appreciated as I was worried she'd be dismissive. Basically we chatted for a while, she asked lots of questions, said it sounded like I was doing all I could and to carry on eating healthily, taking folic acid and exercising etc. Appt booked for 1st October which is annoying but hey, at least I have one. So I'm feeling relieved and honestly it was just nice to talk to someone (other than DH and you lovely girls :)) who understands. I have an appointment for blood tests now so I just need to wait and try not to think about it too much (HA). Hey, maybe I'll even get my period before then!! Currently on Day 104. 0% OPK again, negative cheapy pregnancy test.
I keep feeling like something is happening though; Thursday I woke up and my boobs and especially nipples were super super sore and painful to touch and I also just felt really aware of my boobs all day if that makes sense? Never ever had this before and obviously extensive Googling tells me it could be a period symptom or early pregnancy. But I've taken 4 negative tests, no peak temp, no peak OPK for the last month. I'm hoping it's AF obviously, but still nothing on that front and they don't hurt as much today (although still sensitive). Has anyone else experienced this? Haven't had a 'proper' period in like 15 years so no recollection of this happening!! But surely it must mean something!?
Anyway so sorry for the waffling, hope everyone's had a good Monday!
