Hi is this a bfp? Can anyone see a second line or is it just me? I am 14dpo/15dpo is a faint line at this stage normal?

I can see a faint line too!! Not sure what all the terminology means (14dpo) but I've had 3 children and in my experience and from memory of what I was told, the line is fainter earlier on in the pregnancy because it measures the presence of a certain chemical (hormone??) and that chemical gets stronger over time. It's I think also the one that can make you feel sick, hence why morning sickness is a good sign.

Thanks! 14dpo means 14 days past ovulation... i am literally shocked as i have no symptoms at all and we are trying to conceive our first child. @namechange8765433

Woo hoo. I really hope this is the one!! I had no symptoms with my first or my third. With my third, I was at work with san pro and a test with a line since I was due on my period and was sure I was feeling due on. It was very odd to have period and pregnancy stuff in my bag. Apparently early pregnancy can feel like a period too. It's all very strange isn't it.

I hope it gets darker in the coming few days for you! Usually it is quite faint early on and gets darker as the days go by. I'm 27 weeks and went through the same excitement and anticipation in March!

I see it! Good luck to you. 14dpo lines are usually faint but if you use a first response tomorrow it might be stronger. Rooting for ya!

It will get darker as the days go by.. Try testing your first wee in the morning. Congratulations 😁

I did a clear blue weeks test today and got positive 1-2weeks do you think that is why my line is faint and not that dark yet? @PurpleWithaMysteryBun @Lille4 thank you @atz333 and congrats to u! Hope u have a healthy pregnancy

Yeah, you are just early pregnant! I have just come on to mumsnet for the first time in years as my “mystery” bun is now a nearly 6yo boy

Congratulations! I'm in exactly the same boat and I think you're even using the same tests. Got a BFP (1-2 weeks) on Clearblue digital yesterday but the strips are the same as yours, maybe even a little fainter. I've read it can take a while for the lines to get darker.
