Very faint line on FRER - am I imagining it?

I can see a very faint line on a FRER. Am I imagining it? Could this be an 'Evap line' (not sure what this is but I've read about it on here).

This is my first time TTC, so not sure what I'm doing! Don't want to get to overexcited unnecessarily.

Should also say, its 5 days before AF is due.

I can definitely see something but it's difficult to tell whether it's got any colour to it so it could be an evap but it would be a bad one if it was!! I'd test again in a couple of days with FMU x

Thanks threecatsandcounting! I'll do that. It looks to me like there is pink colour to it, but I don't want to get excited too early so will try again with FMU. I'm so impatient lol! X

Hello, your test looks similar to my first positive which was also about 5 or 6 days before AF. By 2 or 3 days later the line was much darker and more visible (although I tested every day like a maniac😂). Good luck xx

Not imagining it - I would say you're preggers! Can you do another tomorrow with fmu?

Thanks everyone - this gives me hope! I've bought another one and am going to do it with FMU tomorrow.

Thanks!

I just wonder though - as it's a FRER, should I wait til after my missed period to be sure? Could it look like I'm pregnant but actually it hasn't implanted yet, if you see what I mean?

You’re definitely pregnant but as you say FRERs are a blessing and a curse. Fingers crossed the little bean sticks! Come join us on the due April 2021 thread x

@thewallisblue your body only releases HCG after implantation.

It's not possible to get a positive pregnancy test before implantation. You don't start producing HCG until after implantation has occurred and that's what the test detects.
