Hi. So normally I've got a 28day cycle. Regular as clockwork.
However 3 months ago it was 25 days, 2 months ago it was 30 days, last month 27 days..I got quite excited on the 30day month thinking I was pregnant 😪

Has anyone had similar? I'd normally be due on tomorrow but have no pre period symptoms. Dont want to get my hopes up again.

I'm hoping I'll even back out to regular as I'm probably not getting my ovulation days right now

@Wifeofbikerviking I have had this too. One theory is stress, though that hasn't affected by cycle previously.

Conception vitamins can also mess with your cycles. It's annoying, at a time when jnowing your cycle is more important than ever!

Weight loss and dramatic lifestyle changes can really affect your cycle. When you lose weight I think the fat cells release oestrogen so it makes sense really that it can affect your cycle.

Illness can also affect it, particularly if your under physical stress/ill around the time you would be ovulating.

Hi, yeah I come off the pill in October/November time after being on it for years and was lucky to have a regular cycle every 28/29 days but then the month i starred using OPKs I had a 38 day month, this was in May and since then I have had a 39 day snf 36 day cycle. So although I hate the 'its because you might be stressed' reason, I think it's the only possible reason as for me it was since I started using OPKs which I can only imagine added pressure, but I really don't feel particularly stressed.

Hope this is your lucky month and not just a long cycle!
