Continual cramps and nausea for 3 days straight

I have made another thread outlining my confusion of if I am due AF or Pregnant ( although been getting negatives)

My concern is that i have had continual tight camping and waves of feeling like i need to be sick.

Ive never had this experience leading up to AF before, just wanted to see if i wasn't alone because every time i google it either way its meant to be "small cramps now and then".

There is no direct pain just what feels like tugging period cramping
