Late Ovulation after early MC?

I had my coil removed last year and fell pregnant early this year but miscarried about 8 weeks. My cycle fell back in to 28/29 days then had a chemical in May. My next cycle I didn’t detect my surge until CD18/19 whereas this is normally day 14 (cycle ended up 30 days) then this cycle I have been testing for surge since last Wednesday CD15, I thought I’d missed it but picked it up high today on day 20 and it’s probably going to be even higher tomorrow (it’s not it’s absolute darkest) which means I’ll be ovulation CD22! This seems so odd, is there a reason my cycle is so off, what are my chances of trying conceive with such late ovulation? There’s so much conflicting information online!

Hey, I’m going through the same strange situation just now. Early mc April, Chemical May and then 40+ day cycle the following month. Trying to take it easy with tracking this month and just give my body some time to get back to normal. Would be interested in any replies but think unfortunately it’s just a case of your body getting back to normal xx

I had a chemical last month and I'm now on CD27 and still no lh surge. We've dtd for 10 days in a row hoping I would've peaked by now but we're starting to run out of steam!

I don’t actually think I got a true surge at all last month so think I may not have ovulated at all.

I’ve done a bit of research and sounds like this can happen after mc/chemical.

Maybe give yourself a couple of days off but still try regularly for the rest of the month. Every 2/3 days if you can, that’s my plan for this month. Trying to take it easy xx

Yeah quite probably getting to normal, strange how it went back straight away the first time. I was ready to give up but did one last test today and there it was, a week later - I thought I’d just missed the surge but we’ve been keeping busy most days in the run up anyway. At least now I know so I can log it. Started to become the obsessive tracker I never wanted to be!!
