After the Pregnacare Conception supplements (I think!) gave me a weird cycle last month I seem to be having another despite having stopped them😡

CD17 today and still no ovulation. It was early last month. I've always ovulated around 13-14 since I've started testing.

Thanks for the new thread and hope it's a lucky one for us!

Hellloooooo 👋 thanks for the new thread 😊

I'm cd8 today and got a flashing smiley this morning as well as ewcm however my cheapie opk was very definitely negative so think I'm still a few days off yet.

This weather isn't going to make my fertile week fun 😂😂🤯🤯🥵🥵

Can I join please ladies?

I’m 39 and TTC #3. 2 cycles nothing so I’ve got my fingers crossed for cycle 3.

(Are cycles months? That’s what I was meaning😃)

It’s hard all the waiting about wondering. Lovely to hear the positive stories

Babesinthewud · 24/06/2020 15:52

And my periods seem to be irregular now which is a pain and I’m wondering it it’ll ever happen.

Hi @Babesinthewud I'll add you to our list. Cycles are each menstural cycle so generally works out in months too.

Anyone due to test soon? I need some poas action and at 1dpo I can't pee on anything 😆

Can I join? I'm 42 ttc no.3 with my 35 year old partner. We have a DD who is nearly 2 and I have a DS from a precious relationship who is 24 years old so a big age gap!

I think I had a chemical pregnancy last month so at least I know I'm ovulating.

Report
lucieloos · 24/06/2020 16:07

Hi and welcome @kirinm how long have you been trying for? Sorry about your chemical.

Thanks for new thread! Lol @lucieloos I'm about 6-7 DPO so might POAS tomorrow just for fun.
At the moment most symptoms could be explained by PMS, although think cervix is higher 😳 but not much else v exciting to report.

kirinm · 24/06/2020 16:13

Thanks @lucieloos we started in February I think so this is cycle 5 I think? We weren't being quite as organised then as we are now though! My cycles started to get shorter so I was panicking that maybe it was too late but they're a pretty regular 26 days now which isn't too bad.

I’m CD4 here, AF seems to have vanished which is a relief... hoping I ovulated but as was my first natural period since I was a teenager (!) who knows...so I’ll likely be POAS (OPK) for the first time ever from this Saturday, hoping I get a static smiley at some point.

He might be able to do Wednesday.

He'll let me know on the day. If I had anyone else to ask I would, cause this is sooo stressful Angry

Hello 👋 thanks for the new thread 🙏
Welcome new ladies and best of luck!

@kirinm can I ask how long it took to conceive your dd? Always intrigues me to know how long this might take 😅

@lucieloos I’ll poas Monday @8dpo if not before just for the shear insanity of it! 🤪

Can anyone recommend ovulation tests please? The ones in the supermarkets are so expensive. My friend recons buying online?

Report
kirinm · 24/06/2020 16:30

@loladoodle I know this is the crappiest thing to hear but first month trying. I could feel ovulation very well then - can't so much now and we did it at the right time. We got very lucky. I stupidly assumed the same would happen this time round.

@Loladoodle yay keep us updated if you do 😃

@Babesinthewud I find clearblue advanced opks the most accurate but they are quite pricey although cheaper online. I also use first step strips which you can get a whole load off eBay for a fiver but they aren't as good and if I had gone by them this month I would have that ovulation was a day later than it actually was and would probably have missed it / not timed things as well. I find using them both together helps.

To add I use cb digital advanced (the flashing 2 hormone ones) and cheapies. I buy my cbd sticks from Amazon as they are considerably cheaper on the subscribe and save program.
