I can't really help but didn't want to read and run. I'm in an amazing group on here of ladies who are pregnant but many had there struggles and lost babies along the way too but there at the other end of it now. It may not be helpful right now but know you're not alone and one day will be your day x

That is tough.
Do you use an fertility tracker to see when you ovulate?

Hi OP, this was literally me 2 weeks ago, we were TTC 18 months and this cycle had me in pieces I was ready to throw in the towel and give up completely. Two days after my tantrum I got my BFP. Your time will come, don't give up hope xx

Thankyou everyone , I just want that day to come so bad 😭 & yes I've been using the flo app but it's hard to determine if I'm even ovulating because of that stupid injection , my cycles vary from 30-35 days so it's hard to keep track of xx

@laurynbrowne I really recommend the Clearblue digital opk. It’s a bit pricey but i really believe it had a part to play in our bfp because bd the exact times we needed to. It takes the guesswork out of it. Sending you baby dust

@laurynbrowne I'm so sorry. I've been TTC for over 2 years now. Finally fell pregnant early March but I unfortunately had a miscarriage. I just wanted to mention about the Flo app, my dates were off by about 7 days judging by the size of my baby when I had my first scan and since then I've found a lot of people on here have discovered Flo to be a few days off. Have you tried OPKs to track your cycle better?

@laurynbrowne ttc is crap really after just a few months of disappointment. It gets harder as time goes on. I've been ttc for 8 months now. Do you get signs of ovulation? The Flo app is accurate for me, but that's because I definitely get EWCM and log it. I know not every woman gets such obvious signs.

I don't know what the answer is really. I've had 2 chemical pregnancies in this time. My GP said up to 2 years can actually be completely normal, so I just have to be patient 😬

I don't have any advice but your not alone.

I had a mc this time last year after 11 months of trying. Been trying since my mc with no luck. Hoped I'd get to see my doctor and get tests but thats obviously off the cards with coronavirus.

I've tried opks, apps, chilling out for a few months. Nothings worked. Back to trying opks again this month. It's so frustrating

It can take a long time for fertility to return after the depo. I wish they were clear about this to women.

Thank you everyone for the advice , I haven't tried the opk but I will , anything is helpful at this moment in time. It just stresses me out because I'm scared if I can't have any more children my partner will leave me , he really wants one & so do I but it's just a waiting game , but honestly I'm willing to try anything to get the ball rolling I'm so sorry to hear about all your mc's 💔 it's just sad to think any of you lovely ladies had to go through such a heartbreaking time , I wish all of you the best xx

I was told I had unexplained fertility and am now an exhausted mother of 2 😆. Both took 2 years each to conceive, both conceived naturally.
I genuinely think I didn't understand my cycle and was having sex too late in the month (despite using those ovulation stick things).
Have you been to GP?

Minkies13 · 21/06/2020 18:50

Try using ovulation sticks. I ended up ovulating 4 days after the apps predicted. If I followed the apps I might not have even BD, thinking my window was over.

You both need checking out once you've tried for a year. Even if there is a problem you need to know what problem and if it's yours or his. You might need fertility treatments. They can take a long time but there is a LOT they can do.

Or you could be pregnant next cycle. That can happen too,

Get ovulation sticks. I used the app and after a year wasn’t pregnant, found out my fertile dates were not went the app suggested

I agree with everyone else about the opks, I used the Clear Blue Advanced Digital Ovulation Tests with the Ovia Fertility App and discovered I ovulate on CD12. No wonder I never got pregnant when we were always going for CD14 and it turned out I was too late then. I conceived second cycle of using it.

If you really think he would leave you for not having another child should you really be having another child?
Not exactly a secure relationship...

@holidaywindowshopperaddict bit harsh. The OP is feeling down and like she wants to burst into tears. How is that comment helping.

A very common worry for people ttc, most of them feeling emotional and not thinking straight

Hello OP if you have been trying for a year NHS guidelines state that you need to see your GP for tests on yourself and your OH. If your over 35 its 6 month. Don't let the GP fob you off!
I know it can take a while for cycles to go back to normal after the injection (they don't tell people this!)
It took us 2.5 years to conceive our little one (unexplained infertility, natural conception after failed IVF)
Take care xxxx

@Holidaywindowshopperaddict my daughter is from a previous relationship , me and my partner are in a secure relationship , he doesn't have kids but he wants them , I'm just a bit scared , there was no need for that comment
