What were people's experiences after the HSG test in terms or cycles and increased fertility? I'm currently on cycle day 25. My average cycle length is 28 days so I'm pretty textbook and by now I've usually starting spotting before full flow. Nothing yet. I'm getting some usual PMS symptoms - low libido, lethargic, some cramps although the cramps have been a bit different. Yesterday for example it felt like full on first day of period pains! I'm trying to just tell myself my cycle may be a little altered this month rather than it being A SIGN... but we'll soon see!
