Thou will not get stressed.

Thou will symptom spot casually and not obsessively.

Thou will not test before 12dpo.

@cammie4 welcome to the craziness! its far too easy to overthink every little thing isnt it! but not no more we have made a pact that next month is our month and we will not think too much into it ....

Thou will behave as long as possible 😂

I have real achy cramps today so reckon AF isn't far off...

To be honest il be relieved to stop wondering, two weeks now of being a bit more relaxed...

I think il just do ovulation sticks next month and track with an app.

How about you?

@Rotagilla One part of me is relieved AF has come early because it put me out of my misery but I have still that sinking feeling that the 1% chance of hope I had yesterday has turned to 0%.

@LittleTooMuch I know what you mean. Il have that 1% of hope until it actually arrives but I think I've got my head around it not being my month this month.

I'm also a little relieved because I've been quite poorly this month, I've had 4 courses of antibiotics back to back, I've taken ibuprofen and decongestants and I didn't know that I shouldn't have.

If I had fallen pregnant this month I would have been so so worried that I would have caused issues and after I googled the dangers I would not have been able to relax and enjoy it!

I then probably would have worried and stressed until the 12 week scan....and 12 weeks is so much worse than the tww!

@Rotagilla we all still clingy on to that hope until we cant hold on anymore. Part of me is a little relieved because I was panicing a little that my place of work says you have to work from home if pregnant so I would have had to decide whether to tell my manager and work from home meaning that EVERYONE would have been questioning why all of a sudden I was working from home or hid it from that because it would have been far too early to tell anyone but gone against government guidance

@LittleTooMuch Ahh yes that would have been tricky...hard to have kept it secret in that circumstance.
I was hoping that I would fall pregnant quickly, do the tricky first 12 weeks in peace at home on lockdown. Then return to work and no long have to worry about keeping it secret....
Well not as easy as all that....
My first pregnancy was fine, just a little nausea.
My second one (that I lost at 12 weeks) was horrendous, I was so sick, couldn't eat, anemic, no energy...was so difficult to hide and carry on as normal.

@Rotagilla it's my mums birthday in October and I always liked the idea of keeping it a secret until then but well one, it prob won't even happen in time and two, because of the current circumstances it would be impossible to hide it

Thanks for the welcomes ladies, in my fertile window at the moment, reckon I'm due to ovulate early next week. This is the easy part isn't it! Where I'm all chilled and going with the flow...
Scrapped the opks, and temping this month round as don't want to feel as obsessive as I have in other months, it consumes you doesn't it 😞🤞🤞🤞 for us all!

@LittleTooMuch last cycle I was desperate for a bfp for my partners birthday. This cycle I really wanted one for Father's Day.
Now at least I can relax as no exciting dates coming up 😂

@cammie4 you are right this is the easy part....I will try and enjoy not stressing.
I will use opk strips as they have seemed easy in the past, I've not looked into temping yet but if I have another unlucky cycle il probably research everything!

@Rotagilla I'm sure there will always be something that we can think 'oooh that would be perfect timing' whether it mean telling someone at 7 weeks or deciding to wait until a certain date at 16 weeks
Sorry I'm really quiet today, tbh i am finding it very though, i just feel like a failure

I was hoping that too @Rog do the first trimester at home so you can deal with the nausea and sickness. I think we will be going back in some form in September which means we have missed that chance.

@LittleTooMuch please don't feel like that ❤️ It's not a failure...
It's a chance for next month.

Af has just arrived, seems like talking about it has brought it on. Even the tiny hope has now gone.
But il
Start getting ready for next month.

Hope you are ok x

That would be great to be able to do most of the first trimester at home.

I felt quite low since AF arrived - bit of a failure but I’ve given myself a kick up the bum and I’m trying to think positively.

As I’m not pregnant this month I enjoyed a couple of glasses of Prosecco last night.
I’ve just enjoyed a hot bath with all my NEOM products which are packed with essential oils which I know you have to be careful with in pregnancy.
Tonight I think I may have a large glass of wine with a big slab of Brie and look forward to TTC this month. 😊
