Positive test but AF now arrived, what is going on?

I'm so so confused and hurt. I don't know what to think anymore. I had a very very faint line, barely visible on a clearblue early detection test at about 12dpo (first pic). Then at 14dpo(Monday) when my period was officially late by a day, the line got darker, you can clearly see it was blue and not just an indent(second and third pic). This test was 10mlu. I've been testing with 20/25mlu since about twice a day and could see super faint lines, again barely visible but they are less sensitive tests. Last night, I started spotting, very pinkish blood and only when I wiped. It then got into a heavier flow and I woke up with a fairly big amount of blood on my pad. Looks very much like my period, much darker but nowhere near as heavy as my periods usually are. My periods also never ever start with spotting, they just start with a heavy flow straight away and they are always on time, never 2-3 days late. As soon as I started bleeding I took a clearblue digital with week indication to see what it says and it said not pregnant (not sure how sensitive they are). I'm so confused, I'm not sure whether it's my period or if it's a loss, or I don't know what elseSad. I don't even know whether to call my GP to see what they say? If that's the case, why did I get a positive test and then AF turns up a day later?

This probably isn't what you want to hear, but I don't think those are positive tests.

To be honest I can’t see a line on those tests, sorry.
But either way it sounds like a chemical pregnancy.
So sorry if it is xx

I'm sorry to say, but those are not positive tests. I've taken a lot of tests, staring and staring, taking it out of the bin 10 mins later, photographing on my phone so I can zoom in. The reality is that a positive test is truly visible, a clear line in any light, with no need to hold it in different lights hoping. I'm trying for another and the monthly testing is hard. Better luck next month.

So sorry @slicedinhalf this must be so crushing. I don’t think those tests are positive (although appreciate it’s hard to photograph sometimes so may be clearer in real life). Maybe a chemical?

Now that I'm looking at it it might be indents? Which makes me feel much better knowing that I was never pregnant as I can't bare the thought of something being wrong Sad
