Symptoms? Veins? First pregnancy?

Hi, for the past two and a half weeks I've been extremely nauseous. I have waves of uncomfortable heat where I feel like getting naked. My nausea has resulted in vomiting multiple times and a lot of dry heaving. I took a test then, about a week and a half ago from today it was negative. More recently in the last 3 days, I've noticed breast tenderness, fuller breasts, and a lot of veins. Today I woke up with visible veins on both breasts, my chest, going up toward my neck. There is no pain except for my breast feeling extremely heavy, especially if I jump or cough. I'm 3 days past ovulation, says my Flo period tracker. My expected period should come the 18th of May.
Am I experiencing early pregnancy symptoms?
When should I test?

@caitfd if it were me I'd test based on those symptoms. When was your last af?

Assuming you have around a 4 week cycle, wait until 2 weeks past ovulation.

Just re read when you took your first test. I would test again now.
