Help and advice needed please - I posted on here a few weeks ago but unfortunately I only had one person reply to my thread. I've had my mirena coil out 4 weeks this Tuesday and I still haven't come on my period or had any sign of it 😔 I've took multiple pregnancy tests all are negative 👎🏻 I'm just wondering if anyone has ever been in a similar situation I'm wondering how long it took for your period to return? Was your cycle back to normal? How long did you take to conceive? I'm so impatient and want to get pregnant quite quickly
Thanks in advance!

@Mimps101 don’t know if this is helpful or not but when I had my mirena removed before my first child my period took 5 weeks to come back. I was the same taking pregnancy tests to see if I was pregnant, but AF then arrived and then when the next cycle came I religiously mapped my ovulation and got pregnant that cycle! Now TTC no 2 had my last mirena removed in Dec 19. Cycles returned back to normal much quicker but taking longer to conceive this time around! Best of luck with it all.

Hi, I had my mirena removed in October 2019, it took 9 weeks for my first period after the could
Was removed. They said it would be about 4-8 weeks. Everyone is different, I am sure it will come back it was only 4 weeks ago you had it removed. Give your body some time.

Just thought I'd update you all, I started my first period since mirena removal yesterday! Which is 4 weeks and about 4 days after removal, at least I can now try and track ovulation to maximise my chances of getting pregnant, fingers crossed 🤞🏻
