Could I be pregnant on the mini pill? Sorry if TMI

I've been taking my pill everyday for a month but I read your supposed to take it at the same time every day. I took it one time at 8am, then a week later at 9am then with us being in lockdown I didn't take it til half 11 - half 12 because I forgot or just chilled out with there been no school runs.
This past week I've had intense heartburn, 2 bad headaches, feeling nauseas and really weak especially yesterday.
I've bought a test for tomorrow when AF is due as I haven't had any symptoms of my period coming. I usually get cramps a few days before but nothing.

And lastly, an hour ago I went to toilet and there was the slightest bit of thin brownish blood on the tissue. So I put a tampon in and checked but it was clear.
What do you think?

Which mini pill is it? Some have a 3 hour window and others have a 12 hour window to take it

Cerazette

The leaflet says take it about the same time each day

That has a 12 hour window so unlikely to be pregnancy

I think that might have a 12 hour window but please don't take my word for it.
Like any hormonal treatment though, your body may just be reacting differently. Wouldn't do any harm to do a test though.

Look at the missed pill section as it's not missed unless you are 12 hours late

If you forget to take it, unlike most mini pills, Cerazette offers a window of 12hrs in which it can be taken and still protect you from pregnancy. Take the forgotten pill as soon as you remember. Then take the next pill at the normal time. This may mean taking 2 pills in one day.

If you do not take it within 12hrs of the usual time, you will not be protected against pregnancy. Continue to take your pills as usual but use condoms for the next two days. If you've had unprotected sex during this time, you may need emergency contraception.

I just looked on my calender and my last two periods came 27 days in between each other and today is 27 days too. Or I might just wait till tomorrow? Confused

Cerazette stopped my periods and it can be a common side effect. how long have you been on it?

I have never had a period on the mini pill. I thought that was more common on the combined pill. Is it that your body has just regulated itself so no more periods

But you didnt miss any pills as you were always within 12 hours. Take the test whenever you want, its likely to be negative anyway

Although you’ve taken the pills as advised, the typical (ie: real-life rather than textbook) effectiveness of POP is 91% - so pregnancies aren’t uncommon.
Bleeds on POP, even if regular, aren’t periods, so can’t be used to rule out pregnancy - I’d advise a test

I got pregnant on cerazette despite taking it daily, and at the same time.
I Know a few other people who have as well, not sure if all on the same brand of mini pill though.

Love my DD to bits but she definitely wasn't planned and since I've had her have changed my type of contraceptive because I just don't think it works well.

I was on it for a few years with no issues and no periods. Then I got the mirena coil and that also stopped them

I suppose everyone's different. I was on the pill about 10 years ago too but I always had periods but it could be a different pill as I can't remember the name of it back then.
