Hi
My older sister has a big fibroid just as big as an orange and she got pregnant 4 months of trying and her son is 1 year now and she accidentally got pregnant again thinking she won't get pregnant that easily. So it wouldn't affect you getting pregnant.

I've previously had 2 fibroids, discovered when an ovarian cyst ruptured! Im currently 33w pregnant (IVF due to ovaries shutting down after waiting too long to be put to use lol) Fibroid has not affected pregnancy or caused any issue - but at 36w scan doc will recommend v-exit if the baby's head has flattened the fibroid out of the way (it was measuring 10x10x10 with 500ml+) or if a cs is better. MW said fibroid doesn't always interfere with labour, the greater worry is that likely hood of bleeding after so they give you an injection and have blood ready just in case.

Good luck x
