Ok so I do apologise for TMI , I'm not a new user but change names regularly.

Trying each month atm but this month I'm due on March 8th. Since Saturday evening I've had brown discharge if that's what you call it. Started as a small tiny stringy stretchy bit of brown, like old blood. Each time I wiped in the evening it was watery/mucousy brown if that. I was starting to think my ship had come in pregnancy wise...
Sunday morning what looked like brown tissue/flesh in the discharge, relatively large ish, definitely a shedding of old lining. In the evening there was more red in the stuff and a little more tissue.
This morning, red bit in the shower tray. But only brown watery discharge for the rest of the day.
I've had no noticeable pain, only normal twinges here and there nothing out of the ordinary but I'm currently aware of a slight faint tugging/strain if you can call it that where I'd expect my left ovary to be.

Can't get an appt until Saturday. 111 are very busy with people freaking out about coronavirus....

What do we reckon it is?

Yes, first I took on Friday before all of this and I thought there was a exceedingly faint positive that many would dismiss, but nothing afterwards.

I had a mini "breakdown" on Thursday and Friday....maybe stress messing with my cycle?

@cheekymango i dont know about anything else but i get large ovarian cysts and when they get big i get stabby pains in my sides, usually left, so bad i cant laugh without wanting to keel over. Gps have said they tend to go away on their own, pissibly by rupturing but ive never had anything like the 'bleeding' for want of a better word, that you've described. Hope that helps rule out at least one possibility.
