where do you live anniemac? There is a website that details consultants and specialism but might want to put more info in as peopel on here bound to have some suggestions.

Are you sure that infertility not covered? on mine they covered the investigations if not treatment. But i would think consultation price can vary (may hugely between hospitals) plus the test costs on top(whcih can be pricey).

hi anniemac, I've been seeing GP about my problems (not sure whether I'm ovulating or not). we decided we'd go private to speed things up but the GP told me the waits were not too long and advised us to start with NHS see how we go... we got an appointment for 3 weeks later! we're there on the 18th so we'll see what they say.
