Currently 21 weeks pregnant and I have just turned 44. I had a loss last year and then it took almost a year to conceive again but I did and all going well so far. Good luck

Yes me! And only 3 months off 44 when I conceived. Baby is beautiful and feeding right now! I conceived my first at 41 with a MMC inbetween. I was so sad, had terrible fertility results and had given up when the good news came. Do accupuncture and take Ubiquinol.

I'll turn 43 a month after surprise number 3 arrives. DD is 10, DS was a nightmare to conceive and is 16 mos. Good luck!

I'm 44 and 28 weeks pregnant. Had a loss in summer 2018 and took us a year this time to conceive again, but all looking good so far this time.

Yes I did, just past 43; I had miscarriage early on though.

Yes I conceived at 43 in the first month of trying. Pregnancy and birth went fine.

2 cousins (opposite sides of family) both fell naturally age 44 and have healthy kids now.

I did too. It's weird because I took ages to conceive DD 1 aged 34 and then get presto pregnant at 43.
She's 9 now and a delight

I know a woman who had her son at 44. She had tried for years with a previous partner then had a ons and it happened.

Not me but one friend had her first at 43 and her second at 45. Both naturally. And another friend had her first at 47! I initially presumed that she had had treatment of some sort but apparently this was not the case and she too conceived naturally. (Bit of a shock there for her and her then 54-year-old DH Grin.)

Yes I did, conceived baby no. 2 at 43 but I miscarried the previous pregnancy at age 42.

A friend of mine had a surprise baby boy when she was 46.

Her two daughters in their late teens were mortified Grin

My friend is currently six months pregnant and turns 43 next week, and a colleague had a termination at 47 (she'd stopped using contraceptives a year earlier as she thought she was too old to still need them). And an old school friend was a 'late' baby, born when her mum was about 50 - she had siblings the same age as my parents. Good luck op, hope it all works out.

My mum was 44 when she had my sister after having another sister at 42. Mum thought it was the menopause and she was six months before she realised. Her sister had one about 45 too. She was number 10!

Aged 42 and currently 13 weeks pregnant with number 3 😉. Took 7 cycles ,no different from my other two and we have had the harmony, chromosomal anomalies ruled out.

Amazing thread. I like this positivity. I'm 43 and 'trying'. (I'm on the over 40s thread) xx

We fell pregnant with our first after a year and a half of trying when I was 40 but had a loss due to abnormalities then fell pregnant 5 months later which ended in a miscarriage at the end of last year. About to start again at 42 and this will be the last attempt at a natural pregnancy for us because of what we have been through but feeling positive. Our initial problem conceiving seemed to be method and have had a lot more success after following a certain routine. We do the deed a couple of days before ov when ewcm appears then on the two peak days. I tend to peak overnight so do ov tests in the morning and at evening to be sure. Then I lie upside down and ‘finish off’ if it didn’t happen (sorry!) to help his wrigglers get where they need to be. We also had a few chemicals since following that method so it is my crappy old eggs that seem to be the issue now. I have a prescription for additional folic acid and take evening primrose oil for cm (makes a massive difference), use a tiny bit of pre seed if needed and use a cycle tracking app to plan. Good luck!
