I'm not going mad am I? There is a vv faint line here? 8/9 days post ovulation. I'm super thirsty all the time. Been waking up to pee for the past 2 nights.

I see it!

Whyhaveidonethis Tue 11-Feb-20 08:15:52

Phew!! Yesterday's was too faint to even take a picture of!! I KNEW it was there though. Fingers crossed it's not a chemical again.

LouH1981 Tue 11-Feb-20 15:20:58

I can see it! Not bad for 8/9 dpo 😊 Keeping absolutely everything crossed x

Loveislandlydia Tue 11-Feb-20 16:07:35

Whyhaveidonethis Tue 11-Feb-20 16:49:31

Thanks all. Feel really pessimistic about it this afternoon for some reason

RogueV Tue 11-Feb-20 16:50:27

I see it

MrsA2015 Tue 11-Feb-20 16:55:23

Keep positive OP , I can see a line!

LouH1981 Tue 11-Feb-20 17:34:08

@Whyhaveidonethis probably your minds way of protecting you. Try to stay positive or distract yourself if you can (easy to say I know).
Will you test again tomorrow am?

Loveislandlydia Tue 11-Feb-20 17:58:25

Definitely self-protection mechanism. It’s not necessarily a bad thing but just keep as busy as you can so it doesn’t get you too down!

Whyhaveidonethis Tue 11-Feb-20 20:26:52

@LouH1981 and @Loveislandlydia maybe. I'm over analysing everything right now.

CottonSock Tue 11-Feb-20 20:27:46

Don't see it sorry

Sunflower2019 Tue 11-Feb-20 22:26:00

Keeping everything crossed for you x

maria2bela Wed 12-Feb-20 06:43:50

Can defo see something, retest today or tomorrow x

Whyhaveidonethis Wed 12-Feb-20 07:12:43

It's hardly there this morning. Maybe it was a pink indent. Feel really emotional and can't stop crying.

I think testing at 8/9 DPO is always risky (and god knows I've done it so many times!)

The problem is that when an embryo initially tries to implant it releases an initial amount of hcg - FRER are so sensitive that they can pick this up. Problem is that human fertility odds show that most of the time implantation doesn't complete - that's why sooooo many people get a very faint line on 9DPO (which is the most common day for implantation to occur) and then a negative the next

Whyhaveidonethis Wed 12-Feb-20 08:08:34

@itwasalovelydreamwhileitlasted I think you are right. It's been 21 months though and I am feeling so depressed about the whole thing.

ItsAlwaysSunnyInPhiladelphia Thu 13-Feb-20 09:47:21

Hope are ok OP. Have you tested today?

LouH1981 Thu 13-Feb-20 12:14:45

@Whyhaveidonethis Been thinking about you, hope all is ok. Good luck for today’s test if you are doing one xx

Whyhaveidonethis Thu 13-Feb-20 13:43:40

Tested last night and it was there and stronger. This morning it was very faint again. Going to try to hold off testing till Saturday, bet I cant

maria2bela Thu 13-Feb-20 15:23:37

@Whyhaveidonethis that's fab! Honestly you're still quite early and 2 days will make a great difference x

Whyhaveidonethis Thu 13-Feb-20 15:45:06

I feel really low about it right now. All symptoms seem to have gone and I could just cry. Thank you though @maria2bela I appreciate you reminding me to be sensible! I actually really needed that reminder. smile

maria2bela Fri 14-Feb-20 13:45:37

No probs smile...Did you cave yet lol? X

Whyhaveidonethis Fri 14-Feb-20 16:55:56
