Shocked! 11dpo strong line good sign?

I had a pretty good faint line yesterday 10dpo and have tested again this morning for my own confirmation even though it was very much there. The line appeared straight away and got darker. By 3 mins it was like this. Is it a good sign that it's strong this early? Or is 11dpo normal to get a good line? I had read things about lines so early on being a bad sign. Doesn't make sense to me though. Baby wishes to everyone x

I think that line looks fine for 11dpo! It could just be your urine was less diluted perhaps? Congratulations!

@ellabella234 congratulations!! I've not read anything about strong lines being bad so can't help there but I don't see it being a problem - seen lots of people get their BFPs at the same dpo on here. My line got a lot stronger the next day - it's very exciting. Congrats again

You could've easily ovulated earlier than you thought! Most likely it's a great sign!

I had a line like this at about 8dpo and had extremely high levels of blood HcG in my first pregnancy though - EPU said this wasn't a good sign, even though it was increasing, which I really didn't understand. The pregnancy ended in MMC and turned out to be a blighted ovum, but that's the only time I'd heard it could be a bad thing - just to throw some light on why you might have heard that.

That's just my experience though and I'd say a strong positive like that at 10dpo is brilliant - congrats!! Xx

@ellabella234 I got my BFP a week ago today. It's still not sunk in at all. Exciting times ahead for both of us hopefully

@Foxd0g I had my first ever positive OPK on CD18 on the 24th Jan so I'm pretty sure I ovulated the next day on the 25th -hopefully a sticky one!

Thank you for that info lovely. So sorry for you loss with that pregnancy. X

@Ellabella234 definitely!! Thank you, I'm now 22 weeks and everything looking good, so all worth it in the end - and come to think of it I think I had strong positives fairly early on with this one, so I'm guessing some of us maybe just have naturally higher levels of hcg in pregnancy! Enjoy it!

@Ellabella234 I was 12dpo, I wasn't going to test before AF as my AF symptoms are so similar to early pregnancy ones - but I had a feeling and got my line!

Is this your first or?

Amazing! I just knew too. But day before (so 9dpo) I had this lightning shoot of pain down through my lady parts which REALLY hurt and stopped me in my tracks! I felt I was even more from there on as that was so unusual so I tested!

It will be my second ☺️ I have a 3 year old, just turned 3 on the 31st! Is this your first? X

Congratulations! Strange enough I got pregnant only in the cycles I DTD once, the cycles when I was more busy and didn't put a coin on getting pregnant. Pregnant with number 4, 28 weeks.

@Foxd0g Missed your comment sorry! Congratulations! So happy you are now pregnant again! Have you found out at 20 weeks what you are having? I found out with my first ... I think I will want to again this time. I've always liked the idea of not knowing until theyre born but when I found out with my DD I felt even more
connected to her knowing she was a girl! I will enjoy it as much as I can thank you , you too. I struggle with some anxiety but hopefully it won't get in the way. Lots of meditations from day 1 for me I think! YouTube's brilliant for lovely pregnancy ones x
