I was told I had Adenomyosis last year after years of pain and 3 miscarriages. I was also told it was unlikely I would ever become pregnant again, but here I am around 7 weeks pregnant!
I have been freaked out worried and tried to get support from the doctors and early pregnancy unit who all have been less than helpful and told me what will be will be (pretty much) which does nothing for my Anxiety.
I am wondering if anyone has had a successful pregnancy with this condition?

Hi @potbelly have you had any updates from the hospital yet?
I’m 11 weeks pregnant with adenomyosis, I’ve been put under consultant care but my first appointment is not until I’m 22 weeks. I’ve pushed back and I’m waiting on a new date as I don’t want to take any risks.
Have you had any appointments to into the adenomyosus?

I'm 43 and also have adenomyosis. Had my 12 week scan to be told there's no heartbeat.... something about the foetus stopped growing at 9 weeks, 4 days. I'm searching if anyone has carried to term with this disease but the prospects are looking grim

Hello, I have adenomyosis and have been trying to conceive. I have the same concerns on whether I’ll be able to get pregnant or not if that means a chance to reduce my fertility.

I know my reply is really late but just thought I should still reply...
My pregnancy went okay, although I had hyperemesis which might not be linked to adenomyosis...
I found out I had to be the one to keep emphasizing at my antenatal that I had adenomyosis as the consultant didn't think it was a big risk.
I had an emergency CSection and the doctors told me that I had quite a bit of scared tissue which made access during the surgery quite challenging.
Other than that, there hasn't been any reference to adenomyosis.
My little one is now 13 months old and we are both doing great
