Now I finally have my BFP after a MMC and then 6 months ttc, I'm petrified that it's going to end in a CP or another MC. Anyone else wanna hang around and be anxious with me?

@BabyB19 I'm sorry to hear about your MC and congratulations on your BFP, I've had 2 MCs, one in July at 6weeks, and one in October 7+4, now back to TTC 8DPO hoping for a BFP. I'll keep my fingers crossed that yours sticks xx

Thank you @SoonToBeMrs91 I think you get so stressed ttc you forget how awful the worry is after you get your bfp don't you! My lines are getting stronger every day so I'm feeling ok atm that my levels are rising. I'm sorry you've had to go through this too and hope it's not long until you get your bfp again ❤️

@BabyB19 thank you xx glad to hear they're getting stronger. Have you thought about getting a private scan to put your mind at ease in few weeks?

BabyB19 · 18/12/2019 19:29

@SoonToBeMrs91 yes I'm going to book one mid Jan, I had one with my first pregnancy which was the MC and had a CP before I had chance last time, I'm going to hope everything goes smoothly over Christmas and then book in mid Jan. I don't want an internal as I bled after it last time and even though I've been told it's not the case, I think it's what cause the MC 😓

Worst bit of a pregnancy is the knickers checking phase so I sympathise with you Thanks you booking an early scan? Try and just keep doing what you'd normally do and not over question symptoms etc xx

@BabyB19 I know it's easier to blame MC on something, but unfortunately theres no reason they do happen. I know it sucks. Nothing you did caused it and nothing you could have done would stop it from happening xx If not having an internal scan will make you more comfortable go with the external one. I'll keep everything crossed for you xx

Thank you @sarahc336 I may book one once in past the internal stage x

I know it may not have been that but it just happened right after and it was so uncomfortable @SoonToBeMrs91 so I just want to avoid it to be sure even if that means waiting an extra couple of weeks ☺️ I'm hoping they will give me a reassurance scan at the hospital anyway tbh but if not £50 is a small price to pay for peace of mind isn't it's thank you for your message ☺️ x

Hi everyone and @BabyB19

I've come to join as BFP today and after lots of losses I'm back on knicker checking 🤦🏻‍♀️ wish you all well xxx

Have you had CP and MC @ec1993 I'm praying initially to get passed the CP stage, I've had some pretty dark tests, how about you? Knicker checking is the worst isn't it, I've been having quite a bit of CM too (sorry tmi) which is making me go and check even more! Xx

I've had a few chemicals and a few miscarriages but I see them all as losing my baby. Dr gave me progesterone suppositories which I've had in two previous pregnancies and they make you feel damp too. It's not glamorous being pregnant that's for sure! Xxx

Have you had dark tests with CP? I had one but never got a dark test you see but this time I've got some really clear results so I'm hoping that's a good sign. My cycle is all over the place so I don't know how many dpo I am either 🤦🏽‍♀️ it's just a constant worry isn't it @ec1993 do you have any other children? Xxx

I got a 1-2 on CB digital this morning. Now I'm going to stop testing until I use my other digital next week (praying I get that far 🤞🏻) otherwise I'll drive myself insane I think, I did it in all my other pregnancies, test every day and it didn't change the outcome so I'm going to try and relax.

Your lines look good @BabyB19 I've got everything crossed for you! 💕

I don't have any other children, DH and I have been trying for over 6 years since we got married when I was 21 xx

@ec1993 I'm so sorry you've had such a rough time with this, I have everything crossed for you that this one works out. You have the right idea about not testing again until next week. I'm doing it every day and it's not helping my sanity, 4 x FRER should have been delivered yesterday and I was quite relieved they weren't in the end so I had no choice and couldn't do one! Xxx

@BabyB19 I know it's hard but try not to test all the time, it'll drive you mad. Try and relax 💕

@ec1993 )
How are you feeling today do you have any symptoms yet? I keep getting a bloody nose (I don't know if that's a symptom or not) and I've got that crappy metallic taste in my mouth! Xxx

@BabyB19 I had an inkling that I was pregnant a few days ago when I blew my nose and had blood on the tissue as I've only ever had a bloody nose once before, in my first pregnancy! Apparently it's completely normal. I've got a sicky feeling but nothing overpowering, just that feeling when you need to eat something so I've had a slice of toast and butter. Metallic taste in your mouth is definitely a symptom 👏🏻 xxx
