So here I am again here are my stats:
TTC no 2
Cycle 9
CD 2
AF/BFP 19th oct (ATM) depends when I ovulate

I've 4 sticks left for my CB will completely stop OPKs after this month as it's not good for my health. Getting a puppy in around 4 weeks time so should def keep my mind of TTC.

Hi Can i join? Ttc 2 on cycle 2. Af due 21st October and on CD 3. I m 29. Going to try and not to symptom spot this month. Going to try and dtd every 2 or 3 days this month instead of worrying too much about opks.

@user1471501621 welcome it's tough not to symptom spot isn't it 🙈 how long did it take to have your first?

@Sophieb15 Hi took 4 months for my first. He's 3 now almost 4 so got a feeling going to take longer this time as I m older. What about you?

@pottypotamus welcome I know 3 ppl one friend my sister and a girl on here who have got pregnant and it stuck straight after a chemical as the hormones are still high 😘 so hopefully you will be the 4th I know. 😁

@user1471501621 I'm 30 my LO is 4 in Nov. I came off the pill at 23 it took 3 years for me to get pregnant but we were not Using OPKs and my cycles were all over the place. We weren't exactly trying just not preventing! Got the implant out in Jan had a withdrawal bleed and started trying then after I got AF in Feb. My cycles were back to normal fairly fast. I O between CD15-17 and get AF 13 days later! That has been the case for nearly 5 months now. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hey can I join. I'm TTC #2, I have a little boy who is 18 months old. I was really lucky last time and got pregnant the month after I come off the pill. I'm now on cycle #4, Cd2, af due 16th october. For the last 3 months we haven't been using opks or anything we have just tried to bd every 3 ish days. Wondering whether to order some opks and track this month to work out exactly when I ovulate, what are your thoughts on opks? X

@charlie0692 I find using OPKs for a few months helps you pinpoint the week you ovulate. I use the CB 4 days they are expensive but it gives you your fertile days with a flashing smiley and then a static smiley means you O 12-48 hours after. This is my last month using them now I used them for 3 months then stopped and bought a pack last month again. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I'm on cycle 9.

Thanks for the tag @Sophieb15

TTC #1
Cycle: 5
CD: 1
Age: 31
BFP/AF due: 20th October

I’m past the point of feeling hopeful each cycle, but this cycle I’m going to watch my caffeine intake, watch alcohol intake and make an effort to eat healthier. Maybe it’ll help, if not, at least it will help me be healthier in general. I’m temping again this month, to keep an eye on things.

I’ve decided a nice hot warm bath is in order tonight. AF usually leaves me feeling like crap and today is no different.

@charlie0692 I tried clear blue advanced opk and found it a bit difficult as I got loads of high fertility then peak. It was quite expensive too.

Thanks girls, I had a look into the 4 day clear blue ones and they are quite expensive arent they. Dont know whether to just try and see what happens again this month and then maybe look into it further next month if I dont get a bfp. Hopefully if we bd every other day (if we find the time ha) then we may just catch the right window x

Lauralozzle · 23/09/2019 20:05

@ceebee21 sorry to hear about your MMC

CD 2 for me today. AF hasn’t been so bad today, but that probably has something to do with the codeine/paracetamol tablets I have been taking. Very bloated though, I feel like a whale!

I just want AF to stop now so I can get on with TTC this month. I’m so impatient.

Treaclepie19 · 23/09/2019 22:27

@Lauralozzle feeling the same!
Cd1 today and I am suffering 😭 My periods are about 7 days though so I feel ages away from starting trying.

Has anyone tried any of the more alternative things when ttc? Like acupuncture or massages etc? Positive visualisation?
