What are people experiences of faint pink lines with FRERs?

Day before yesterday I had a faint pink line show after about 4/5 minutes (First photo). This morning with FMU I had no line at all. Spoke to GP on the phone who wrote blood forms so I've just had blood test for HCG levels this morning and will do again on Friday morning too. Did another preg test when I got home at 11am (Second photo) and there's another faint line after 3/4 mins but it's fainter than Monday's. What's going on? No cramps or bleeding (chemical pregnancy etc). I think AF is due today/tomorrow.

Would a FRER show a second line AT ALL if not pregnant? I do drink a lot of water as still breastfeeding my toddler. Plus if preg would be very early on (3/4 weeks or something).

Thanks lovely ladies x

They look like clear BFPs to me. Congratulations!

@polkadotpixie I think so too but why no line at all with my FMU this morning? I guess blood tests will show for definite if there's any hcg level. Just hope all is ok. Today's mid morning line looks fainter and no so pink as Monday's and no line this morning! Having a bit of a flap I am 😂 Thanks for replying! X

Hi Ella,

My tests are looking the same as yours! Tested with two frers Monday night and got two light positives. Repeated again today with fmu and much fainter! I'm going to try to hold off drinking too much tonight and hope the hcg concentration is higher in the morning when I retest which will hopefully give a darker line.

Fingers crossed for you x
