Line on opk 5 days before period?

Very very confused at the minute.

Period is due this Sunday (18th).

Got a positive line on the opk on the 3rd. Negative (no line at all) on the 4th.

Just took the opk now and gotten a light line in the test window.

Period is due in 5 days though. What on earth does the line mean? I shouldn't be ovulating until next month now.

I could be wrong, but I believe some OPKs will show positive if pregnant? May need some further tests!

Just want to post this in case some ladies are wondering.

SOME ovulation tests CAN predict pregnancy.

HOWEVER it’s all dependent on the test.

Bought these cheap ones from home bargains and got solid negatives on them during no ovulation. However after a lot of positive pregnancy tests this is what the ovulation test is showing. (Pic)

If you always show an LH surge then no it won’t show you a pregnancy. However if you show no line at all during the non fertile days then use it toward your period, it may show you a surge which indicates you may be pregnant.

Just wanted to share this. Even though it’s VERY early days x
