What times of day to OPK?

As the title says really. Have strips from Amazon to use in the coming weeks.
I was thinking to test first thing in the morning and then at lunch time? Are these times too close together to pick anything up? Shall I test in the morning and again after dinner each day or something.
Advise would be really helpful as this will be my first time tracking when I ovulate.

Generally 2pm and 6pm are the best times to catch a surge.

I drink a tonne of water in the day at work, will this affect the results with urine being diluted?

Yes it will, generally you need a four hour hold and to abstain from fluids during these times to get the most reliable results.
