Hi ladies!

I'm trying to work out how long my cycles are. We aren't 'trying' but we aren't preventing it either

I think my cycles are average 30 days but have been anything from 29-31.
Every month without fail I get thick Brown/Red discharge (sorry for TMI ) 3 days before my period.

Do I start counting from then? Or the day i see Red blood?

March my cycle was 29 days
April was 31
We had sex on cycle day 6&9 so depending on my cycle this month, there might be a small chance.

We are just winging it tbh
