Clear blue opk - flashing smiley face when period due?

Now I will preface this by saying I KNOW you aren’t meant to keep using them after a solid face, but curiosity got the better of me...!

My cycle has been slightly weird since having my last child and seems to have shortened to 26 days (previously 31 days), except for last month when it was inexplicably 31 days again...

Anyway, I used the clear blue due hormone opk for the first time this month. It went from a circle to a solid smiley overnight on CD12, which would make sense for a 26 day cycle.

Anyway... the last three days I’ve had flashing smiley faces..? I’m now on CD26. Four days ago, it was just a circle, so something (I think it’s Estrogen for the flashy face) has been detected.

Has anyone else had this?

I’ve googled and read about a second Estrogen surge but that appears to be much earlier post ovulation.

I took a frer yesterday and it was negative.

Anyway, anyone know what this might be?
