I've been taking dhea and cq10 for about 9 months.
We are 18 months into ttc#3. Unexplained secondary. All tests for both of us are fine and hycosy clear.

Anything else I can take to give things s boost? What would be good vits for husband?

Apparently Maca is a good supplement for both males and female fertility. You can get powder for smoothies etc or capsules. We’re tryong fertility smoothies this month 😂😂

Vitamin C. That’s the only thing new I tried this month and we are on 6 or 7th cycle of trying got a positive. Now I just hope it sticks. But I did read about vitamin c and fertility. Also, my husband started taking vitamins (not regularly)

Sorry to hear of your loss. We started TTC last march and got pregnant right away. At 12 weeks we discovered we had a MMC. So had a D&C two weeks later. We gave ourselves a month off then started again in July. We fell in December and am now 21 weeks.

I was taking pregnancy multivitamins back in march when I fell the first time and in november and December too. (I fell in Dec) DH was taking centrum for men both times we fell too.

Could be coincidence, could be the vitamins. We both only had a drink once a week too.

I am not going to type "it will happen when the time is right" because that is the biggest load of BS and I hated when people would say that to me. Good luck to you.

(Oh and I just used supermarket own pregnancy vits for me , Asda do three months worth for £3.50) x
