For the last few months, I’ve had incredibly light periods. Last month, we got more serious about TTC, using preseed, obsessively OPK testing, taking supplements to result in AF arriving yesterday. The thing is, AF is incredibly heavy (as in needing to change my tampon every 3 hours). This hasn’t happened for years (as in 13 years, before I went on the pill). I’ve been off the pill for 5 years, so it’s not that. Does anyone have any thoughts?

I'm not sure (and by no means an expert or anything at all) but could you have been pregnant and this unfortunately be a mc? X

I tested earlier in the week and thought I saw a sniff of an extremely faint line but then thought it was negative. This has been the most painful, heavy AF I’ve had in years.

Sounds like the supplements you took have done their job and thickened your lining which is why your period is so heavy - hopefully puts you in good position for next month x

Hopefully 🤞. That makes me feel better! I hope that next month is the month. The heartache is so hard. I’ve cried a lot since Thursday.
