Metallic taste in mouth caused by prenatal vitamins?

I took one pill of pregnacare a week ago, last Thursday, since that time I have that metallic taste in my mouth, it doesn't go away, I had that for a day before I took one as well but it went away, I am just wondering, can it be from taking this one pill a week ago? 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I had that taste all through pregnancy, it only went when I gave birth. You may be different of course but being pregnant really changed my tastebuds,

That's a pregnancy symptom. I'd take a test xx

I get that when I take iron tablets pregnant or not.

I was going to do that when my period is due, although my cycles are irregular like 27,28,35 and even 40 days.... that's why I don't have much hope xxx

I’d test if I were you. Can’t imagine one pill making much of a difference x

Not if you had the taste the day before you took the tablet, no.

@TansyViola it is just, I don't have any other symptoms, just this weird taste and tiredness, my breast is not sore, just little tender plus I can see some veins (but I had it several times in past before my period) 😩 and some cramps on my left side of stomach sometimes on right 🤷🏻‍♀️ I just don't want to be disappointed again 😔

I noticed it with pregnancy #1. When #2 rolled around I clicked straight away what it was. Good luck OP Flowers

I couldn't tell you exactly, OP but it was v early days before I would've thought to test for that month (I was trying to conceive). Any luck?
