Bruising pain during ERPC recovery

I just wondered if anyone else has had cramping after their first ovulation and before AF during ERPC recovery after a miscarriage?

I thought my body had recovered well, I ovulated but then got cramping and soreness. This got progressively worse. What's made it worse is I conceived this cycle. After the bfp the pains got worse and sadly it ended in another very early miscarriage.

My GP says my lining wasn't strong enough to support the pregnancy. I'm a bit mad because we were told no reason to wait. Now I'm wondering if bruising from the procedure.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
