Hey, soooo I’ve got a painful left breast on the outside with a slight bit of tingling around the nipple and I’m worried it’s something to be concerned about. It’s appeared a day after ovulation..:got a positive OPK on weds and negative result thurs. so I think inovulated on Friday...anyway been dtd like made to try conceiving and now I’m faced with this pain which only seems to be noticeable if I touch it. Usually I got breast pain in both about a few days before period. In Jan I did actually conceive and had symmetrical breast pain from ovulation right up until miscarriage...so yeah is it normal to get pain in just the one boob and it be related to ovulation? Thanks 👍

I think the boob pain right after ovulation can be a drop in hormones :)

Have you had your regular period since the chemical? Do you have a regular cycle?

I’d say boob pain on it’s own is innocuous and just hormonal. Unlikely to be anything more to worry about if it resolves in a few days

I’ve had horribly sore boobs since I ovulated this past week, I thought it was weird but I’m guessing it’s just hormones from ovulating. Hope our boobs calm down and quit hurting soon! Xxxx
