Can anyone give me more information about the drop at 5dpo? This is my third cycle temping and I haven’t had this before. It has always increased steadily until 7dpo and then lingered around 98 then dropped day before AF. Does this mean low progesterone if it’s dropping already at 5dpo? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It's normal to have secondary estrogen surges after you ovulate, these will result in the temperature dropping for a day then coming back up. It doesn't indicate low progesterone x

Thank you very much for your reply. Does this mean anything seen as I haven’t had it before?

Not really, all cycles are different and you can't infer much from an individual days temperature. Personally anything different on my chart I always get unreasonably excited about though!
