Sore pressurised feeling lower pelvis

Hi. 37 TTC#2. Went into classic ovulation first time around and conceived first cycle (very lucky).

Now first cycle off pill. 14 days after withdrawal bleed had what seemed like another period. Now 4 days after that really sore feeling of pressure above pubic bone. Sex was almost unbearable yesterday. No real CM. Low reading on ovulation sticks.

Wondering if uti....or have you had pain like that which was something else? Even hurts if I sit down with too much of a thud!
