Have heard some great things, frankly I’m at the stage where I’ll take/try anything that will get me my bfp - also conceive plus, does anyone have any experience?

I fell pregnant the first time I used it, on cycle 4 following a mmc.
I wasn’t getting any ewcm even though temping confirmed ovulation so thought it was worth a shot as it mimics it to allow the sperm an easier time getting where they’re supposed to go.

Could be a complete coincidence of course but it’s worth a shot, if the price doesn’t put you off.

This is my first month using conceive plus and got bfp this morning

We used preseed for about 15 months before getting a bfp. It's great as a lube, but just be aware it's not a "miracle" for getting a bfp.

Yep first time here for preseed. We did use concierge plus for 2 months but DTD around fertile times due to irregular cycles and must say I preferred the feel of preseed anyway x

We used it and got pregnant the first month we used it. After trying for 6 months. It's not too expensive and frankly when you are shagging every other day leading up to ovulation you may need it!

We used the tesco fertility gel (same thing but a little cheaper) and got our BFP with it. Definitely recommend, and helpful when following SMEP with frequently DTD.

Used conceive plus for the first 2 months of TTC and switched to Preseed on the third month, which is when I got my BFP. No harm in giving it a try anyway! Used it alongside Clearblue digital ovulation tests and worked for me.

How do you use the pre seed. It has 9 applicators so once you use all the applicators is that it?

Report
mrsk28 · 02/03/2019 20:25

Yeah it only has 9 applicators but you can use it externally as well, I did both when TTC

Eight months of trying, month nine used pre seed for first time and got Bfp. Could be coincidence of course but can’t hurt to try!

We used Conceive Plus and got pregnant first cycle of using it after ttc for 10 months. Just started ttc #2 and we're using Pre Seed this time. Both have really good reviews but I felt like Conceive Plus was very watery, went absolutely everywhere and dried pretty quickly. Pre Seed feels a bit more like a regular lube in consistency and doesn't dry so I'm finding it a lot better. We just wanted a sperm friendly lube because I was finding it a bit uncomfortable doing the deed every other day. If it actually did something to help me get pregnant like it claims then bonus. This time round as I'm still breastfeeding my 11 month old, my cycles are very random so I don't know when I'm going to ovulate until it happens. It was 8 weeks between my last ovulation date and my most recent one this week....we decided to have sex every other day for all of February to make sure we didn't miss ovulation!! So lets just say the Pre Seed has been very helpful and well worth the money for us! Currently in my tww so we'll see if our exhausting February was worth it haha.

Used it both times and got pregnant 3rd cycle both times. 2 beautiful DS!

And stupid question, but obviously it’s pretty expensive...
Do you use it all month long or just when DTD in the FW??

I just used it in in my fertile week, but as a PP said a little bit goes a long way, you don’t need what they recommend, we’ll I didn’t anyway. I used the recommended amount the first time and it ended up everywhere so much was wasted. If you’re sure of when you ovulate use it around then, if not definitely use it your whole fertile week.

If we aren't successful this month, I will be ordering some of this!

Report
PowerslidePanda · 03/03/2019 22:02

We used it from the start when trying to conceive DD and were successful 2nd cycle.

Now TTC again and have used Pre-seed from the start, but on cycle 3 and no luck so far. Switched to Conceive Plus this month - fingers crossed!
