Please help!

My husband and I are currently in our 4th month TTC.

This cycle I've decided to use OPK. Monday and Tuesday both showed as positive for ovulation (cd 17 & 18) and I usually have a 30 - 34 day cycle.

My panic however is despite having EW cervical mucus the last two days, this morning I felt like I'd wet myself and went to the bathroom only to find quite a lot of watery brown blood in my underwear (sorry tmi) and then later when I went to the bathroom again I wiped and had quite a large blackish clot on the tissue. I've had nothing since other than nausea and mild cramping.

Should I be concerned?? My period isn't due for two weeks and it would be way too soon for implantation seeing as I only ovulated a day ago?!

I'm just worried that if I go to the doctors they may not do anything as we've only been TTC for a few months.

No concern. It's old blood. Some people spot with ovulation. If it happens again, mid-cycle bleeding should be investigated (even though they would likely fob you off).
