Good morning, we want to go to Crete to do our IVF because we have family down and origins in Greece. After having toured many clinics, we are tempted by the Crete fertility Center. Someone was there and could share his experience with us? Thank you

Good evening, we were there last year to make ovarian rejuvenation and I was very happy with the treatment and the attention they brought me. In addition to the Crete we loved, it's really nice as a place, we had a nice stay...

I apologize for answering so late, I had not seen the notification. Yes I got pregnant then I also had frozen embryos that we returned to look for a year later. The technique consists of making a blood test and then putting the blood taken from a centrifuge to separate the platelets from the red blood cells while reducing the volume of plasma. This platelet-rich plasma (PRP), known for its natural curative effects, wound healing and tissue regeneration, is reinjected into the ovary cortex to regenerate ovarian function by reactivating the dormant and residual follicles. The results are between three and six months. There are no side effects and the treatment is painless.

You should contact the clinic and especially Dr. Fraidakis to explain everything...Good luck!

I contacted them and really liked the touch and the feeling. I can start when I'm ready.. The price is very affordable.. We will plan a trip to Crete in the spring or after Christmas...I am happy now because I was hopeless...

Hello there, after several months of reflection and hesitation we start because I have no rules at all. The Crete Fertility Centre team explained everything to me to do ovarian rejuvenation and it seemed to me the best solution. I am always looking for testimony so that I can talk together. Thank you

I come back to this forum to read your answers but we can talk in private if you prefer. For our part, we will go back in the spring to do a transfer of embryos that we had frozen because I do not want to wait too long, otherwise I am afraid of not having other children. In addition, I am in total confidence with this clinic and I want to relive the beautiful emotions that I experienced on my first trip!

Got really positive and optimistic from your posts!
I have been searching for clinics abroad for many months now!
I was thinking about various clinics and one of them was Crete Fertility Centre. Was it easy to find affordable accommodation there? Could you communicate with the doctor via phone call or only through email?

Thank you in advance! :)

@Sweetmam
Hello I hope you are well,
I am new on here.
I have been thinking of getting PRP in Greece too, I want to ask you If you got pregnant naturally after the PRP or did you have help with IVF?

Thank you

@christina251, After the PRP, I did IVF when all the doctors before, 100% of the opinions I had asked told me that there was less than 5% chance....as the numbers were so low before PRP, I didn't want to waste any more time and try it at home but at Crete Fertility Center they told me that I could try it at home without any problem. If you need more information, let me know!
@maggieT78, you can comunicate by mail o phone o skype. And yes, it's easy to find accomodations and it's a nice place to stay and have holidays...

@Sweetmam
thank you for your response.
how soon after PRP are you advised to start IVF and did you do IVF in Greece also?

Report
Sweetmam · 15/10/2020 07:48

hello, you can start as soon as the PRP treatment is complete, either at home, trying naturally or by doing an IVF. For my part, we had to shift our treatment because of the health crisis, we now think about going in January, and you?

Crete Fertility Centre in Crete explained to me that it is possible to try a new IVF right away. You can try the following month, some even get pregnant on the way home

Hello, I read in an article that combining ovarian, uterine and vaginal rejuvenation could significantly improve the success rate of IVF. The Fertility Center in Crete proposes it, anyone has ever tried?
