I'm on cycle two of using ovulation tests I have a regular 28 day cycle and get a positive on day 14 and then try for the next 48 hours following a positive

I'm just concerned is this enough ? I'm reading so much information that you should try every other day and though I'm getting a positive on day 14 I feel my body giving me symptoms on day 16 any advice?

I'd be trying before then too. Sperm needs to already be in Fallopian tubes during ovulation and hat can take 12-24 hours. So if you're regular, I'd be aiming for 11,13,15,17.

You are on your second cycle. Put the tests down and just have sex every other day or every three days throughout your cycle. Trust me, being this obsessed so early on is not good.
Ps. The ovulation test predicts you are going to ovulate 24-72 hours after that positive result. So you may well get a positive and then ovulate two days later.

This month I DTD a couple of days before I got an OPK and got a BFP. I would advise trying to DTD before you get a positive OPK as well as after to give yourself the best chance. Good luck x
