Cramping?

I already have another thread on here as I was asking for help with line eyes... I took a test last night which was a very faint positive and then took a first response test today which was much more clearly positive. I was really happy at first but am now worrying myself that I am going to have a chemical pregnancy and then lose it, because a) I'm still one or two days before my AF is due and b) I have been getting period-like cramps since Monday. How normal is cramping at this point? I haven't had any bleeding, touch wood. I also had night sweats last night which is what I normally get in the couple of days before my AF is due. This is so confusing! Any advice? thank you

Meant to add, I am having pregnancy symptoms including nausea and being really tired.

I had some strong cramps, exactly like I was going to come on the day my period was due. TMI but I had an orgasm in my sleep when period was three days late and woke up with the worst cramps ever. I tested the next day and it showed up immediately. Good luck and fingers crossed for you!

Thanks, I'm just really worried that I've got overexcited for no reason. Perhaps I should have waited longer to test... I guess I will have to see if these cramps actually come to anything! Is it really common to have proper cramps? I don't get really bad period pains but these cramps do feel as bad as my period pains if that makes sense.

I guess symptoms e.g. Sickness, needing to pee a lot etc could happen even if I was going to then subsequently lose the pregnancy? Argh this is stressful!
