Hi
I started temping this month through natural cycles and my temp shifts quite a lot. Natural cycles has even told me it's shifting too much and to check my thermometer.
I try and do it between 6am and 7am everyday except on the weekend it can be one or two hours later.
I started temping because I didn't think I was ovulating. See temps below and see what you think.
So started on CD 19 of last cycle as that's when I got the thermometer:
CD19: 36.46
CD20: 36.44
CD21: 36.50
CD22: 36.45
CD23: 36.83
CD24: 36.68
CD25: n/a - overslept
CD 26: 36.54
CD27: 36.35
CD1: 36.22
CD2: 36.49
CD3: N/a- overslept
CD4: 36.08
After having a 53 day cycle in jan- march (came of pill in Dec) my cycles have increased by two days each cycle from 23, 25, 27 so I expect the next one to be 29. Hoping it then settles around this.
My plan is to set an alarm for 6am and always do it then no matter what.
Has anyone else had temp variations and was there a reason for it.
