We DTD 10th March whilst I was ovulating and I have been feeling a bit off all weekend so decided to do a test. It's a Tesco one. I can't tell if it's a line or not? I can't concentrate in work! 😬

Could be but could also be shadowing which I common on blue dye tests. Purchase a FRER and you will defiantly know for sure Smile good luck x

Sorry I can't see anything and I'm usually very good at spotted them

I can see a hint of a line. I would cautiously say it's a very early positive but agree with others to re test with a better one

Thanks, everyone. I nipped out to Boots and got a pink early one and it's negative. I'm still not due AF til end of the month so I'm hoping there's still hope yet.

If AF isn't due until the end of the month I would hold fire with testing for now. When closer try to use FMU.

Maybe pop over to a 2WW thread it helps keep you sane while waiting.

Ooh I will. AF die 26-28th. Thanks. I just feel so different but can't put my finger on it. Could just be psychological Smile

I've been pregnant 4 times (but only 1 dc) and each time I definitely just knew. I could never explain or pin point it, but I knew.

It's a strange old time and two weeks has never seemed longer, I'm due to test myself in 11 days, and boy are they dragging.

To save some cash you can get some internet cheapies which will do the same job as a FRER.

Good luck!

Are you taking folic acid?

I'm so sorry for your losses - it must be so hard. I hope you get your BFP. 11 days will soon come.

Isn't it funny. With my first I was 8 weeks gone and didn't cotton on to the fact I had missed periods and kept thinking I was due on for about 2 weeks, this time I am more aware and sensitive to changes.

Yes, taking a multivitamin that has it in - when I remember!

8 weeks! That must have been quite a shock! I take it you got off lightly with morning sickness! Lucky git Wink

It's not so hard anymore, I have my ds, he makes it worth it.

We are not even properly ttc tbh, although are not militant about not. Ds is 6 months, and we just got rather amorous one evening and the condoms were in the bedroom, we weighed up the risks of waking dc or a sibling and here we are Grin

It was a lovely shock. I'd been off the pill for over a year so had started to get a bit worried. Morning sickness started the week after I found out but went at 14ish weeks, I was lucky Grin.

Ahh congrats on your DS - that would be a nice gap Smile my DS is 16 months and only recently stopped BF him.

Fingers crossed for you - I really hope you get a BFP Smile

Turns out it was a BFP! Did a test today after feeling so sickly all weekend but was putting it down to maybe catching my DS's stomach bug!

Thank you. I started bleeding this morning so think it isn't going to end well, stopped feeling 'pregnant' over the last couple of days. I would have been 5 weeks today. Never mind.

How are you? Sorry to hear about the bleed :( xx

Report
frazzledtired · 31/03/2018 18:38

Thank you @Rose2887 I'm a bit all over the shop really. I know it's a chemical pregnancy and many women would just assume it was a late period, I just keep getting sad at the excitement I was feeling and stupidly looking forward to wearing maternity clothes again. Then I think, well, DS is still only 17 months and it might be better to have a bigger gap between them. Hormones, hey! X

Sorry to hear that but maybe take another test just to check as I have read that some women still bleed/have periods when they are pregnant. Hope it works out soon if this isn’t the one!

I took a test earlier, it was still positive but quite faint, I'll repeat it later in the week. I've been passing a few clots so think it is a chemical pregnancy. Thank you x

How are you feeling? Any news? Xx

Hi @Rose2887 I've had a miscarriage. I started bleeding over the weekend and the BFPs got fainter and it's now negative. I went to the GP who said if it goes negative it's a complete miscarriage. I'm gutted but hopeful for next time. Thanks for asking. I remember with my son I didn't even know I was pregnant at this stage so would normally have assumed it was just a late period x
