Hi, my partner and I have been ttc for just over a year now but still no baby. I’m 25 and he’s 32 and we’re trying for baby no 1.

I have been to see my GP who has referred me for blood tests which all came back normal. I’m waiting on a scan but just wonder if anyone could give any advice if they have been through something similar?

I will honestly say I at almost at the point of losing all hope of ever conceiving

Many people have been where you are, unfortunately! I've been ttc two years with nothing to show for it.

Everyone on the infertility board (different to the conception board) has been where you are. Come and join our sad little club!

Hi I’m with you. 15 cycles and still nothing. Bloods all came back fine we are now onto SA for DH and I am back at doctors tomorrow to discuss next steps. I’m sorry you’re having similar problems. It’s totally rubbish. However I have found it’s more common than you think so hopefully you can take some solidarity in knowing you’re not the only one. I have found that slightly comforting at times.

I'm sorry you're having a hard time WSarah I'm afraid there are a lot of us in the same boat, I'm on cycle 17 now i think (loosing track Confused) I had an MMC in December, I've had loads of blood tests and scans and acupuncture.
I find mumsnet really useful when I'm feeling down, it can be tough to stay positive at times but when i had my MMC the nurse told me that the average time to conceive is 18 months I think people just don't talk about it so much IRL as its so difficult. Fingers crossed for all of us!

I’ve been ttc for almost 18 months now and not had even a hint of a pregnancy. Is extremely frustrating but there’s lots of ladies on here on the same boat. All you can do is get all your tests done and see where that takes you. Good luck!
